Information about how we receive, process and ship product:
  • Products are  ordered directly from the manufacturer  to ensure authenticity and manufacturer's warranty.
  • Most other products are received at our facility within  1-3 business days
  • Prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses require an additional 1-3 days for lenses.
  • Certain collections  may take a few extra days to receive from the manufacturer
  • All products must  pass our six step quality control inspection before shipping
  • One of our online opticians  will notify you in the event of any delay  outside of normal estimated delivery times
